Good Sources of Fiber
If you are suffering from hemorrhoids, or another type of illness or discomfort, increasing the amount of fiber that you eat can make a very big difference in your short term and long term comfort and health. Fiber helps to regulate our metabolism and is great for optimizing our digestive systems. Below is a small list of the best sources of fiber.

- Whole Grains — Bran flakes/Cereals, Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Bread
- Raw Veggies — Carrots, Celery or whatever you enjoy
All types of fruits will do. Watermelon, apples, grapes. oranges, mangoes, pears — anything.
